Validity

This price list cancels out the previous one and replaces it. Terzani Srl reserves the right to make changes to the pricelist at any time and without prior notice, and assumes no liability for inaccuracies contained therein due to printing or transcription errors.

Prices

All prices indicated on this price list are expressed in euros and exclude VAT for the general public. No commercialdiscounts can be applied to the net prices on the price list. The quotes issued by Terzani srl are valid for 30 days. After the term mentioned above, Terzani srl reserves the right to make any changes to the prices without prior notice.

Changes and cancellation of orders

Changes in or cancellation of orders after the confirmation date are not valid unless prior written acceptance has beenprovided by Terzani. In any case, orders for customized products cannot be cancelled.

Delivery

Any terms established for the delivery of the goods are purely indicative. Failure to meet these terms will not result in penalties of any kind or lead to claims for damages.

Warranty & Liability

Terzani SRL warrants that the goods will be free from material defects, are made with workmanlike quality, and will conform, within normal commercial tolerances, to the applicable specifications for a period of 2 years from the date the goods are invoiced, subject to the notice and exclusions below. The sole remedy for breach of this limited warranty willbe Terzani SRL repairing, replacing, or providing replacement parts, at Terzani SRL’s discretion. Purchaser shall notify Terzani SRL of any such defect or nonconformity immediately after delivery or discovery, if not readily apparent on delivery. This limited warranty does not extend to any goods purchaser improperly uses, installs, or uninstalls, or otherwise modifies, alters, tampers with, abuses, neglects, improperly maintains, or otherwise misuses according to the applicable documentation or specifications, or to any goods purchaser has had repaired or altered by a person other than Terzani SRL.

Limitation on Liability

TERZANI SRL HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES ANY LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE

UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY.

Additionally, Terzani Srl is not responsible for the following:

•  Any costs related to installation, re-installation, removal, or repair

•  Damage caused by improper installation or assembly by the purchaser or a third party

•  Damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environment

•  Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods

•  Any change in appearance or patina caused by natural wear

Shipping charges

For shipments in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Luxemburg, Netherland, Poland, Spain amounting to

-More than € 750, transport is DAP

-less than € 750, there will be a charge € 50 added to the invoice.

Breakages during Transport

Terzani srl is not liable for damage to goods that occurs during transport or storage. At the time of delivery, the recipient must ascertain that the packages are intact; in the case of packages that, on arrival, are in bad condition, tampered with, missing, or anything else that might suggest damage or breakage, the goods must be accepted, and on the transport document, in writing, there must be the words: “Riserva di controllo del contenuto (With reservations - subject to inspection)”, specifying the reason for the reservations, for the purposes of lodging a complaint in writing to Terzani srlwithin 8 working days from the date that the goods are accepted with reservations.

Complaints

In regard to any complaints over the quality and quantity of the goods received, the purchaser must notify Terzani Srl exclusively in writing or by e-mail within 8 days of delivery.

Complaints about products already installed or tampered with will not be accepted.

Returns

Products may not be returned without written consent and shipping instructions from Terzani Srl. Any return operationis understood as “free from our factory”. The goods must be packed perfectly, preferably in the original packaging. Terzani Srl will not be liable for damages or breakages that take place during the transport of goods that are not properly packed. The return of already installed goods will not be accepted. The return of non- defective goods, once approved, will be subject to a cost equal to 30% of the purchase price paid by the customer.

Product features | Products and modifications

All the products are made by hand and unique. Blown glass and/or hand-finished glass may have air bubbles, light stripes or discolouration. These are typical features in high-quality blown glass and hand-finished glass products and cannot be considered manufacturing defects and nor may be subject to complaints.

In areas with particularly aggressive environmental conditions (such as high humidity, salinity, or pollution), somematerials and finishes may deteriorate more quickly, even if they comply with our quality standards. Proper care and maintenance of the environment are therefore essential to ensure their correct functioning and long-term durability.

Terzani SRL reserves the right to modify the technical and/or design specifications of any product illustrated in thecatalogue at any time and without notice for product production reasons and/or product improvement. Any such modifications shall not be grounds for returning a product once such product is delivered.

Units of measurement

All measurements in the price list are in centimeters.

OAH (overall height) - The total height of the pendant (s) may only be adjusted/shortened by a certified electrician.

The voltage of all products listed in this catalogue is 220-240V. The 110V voltage is available upon request.

Light bulbs

Light bulbs, except for the integrated leds, are not included.

Place of jurisdiction

The judicial authorities in Florence shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute.

Validità

Il presente listino annulla e sostituisce il precedente. La Terzani Srl si riserva il diritto di apportare modifiche al listino in qualunque momento e senza preavviso e declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali inesattezze in esso contenute derivantida errori di stampa o trascrizione.

Prezzi

Tutti i prezzi indicati su questo listino sono espressi in euro e sono al pubblico I.V.A. esclusa. Sui prezzi netti (net) presenti nel listino non sono applicabili sconti commerciali. Le offerte emesse da Terzani srl hanno una validità di 30giorni. Decorso detto termine la Terzani srl si riserva il diritto di apportare eventuali modifiche ai prezzi senza preavviso.

Modifiche e annullamento ordini

La modifica o la cancellazione dell’ordine dopo la data di conferma non è valida se non previa accettazione scritta da parte di Terzani. Non è comunque in ogni caso ammesso l’annullamento di ordini per prodotti su misura.

Consegna

I termini eventualmente fissati per la consegna della merce sono puramente indicativi. La loro mancata osservanza non darà luogo a penalità di sorta né potrà originare richieste di risarcimento danni.

Garanzia & Responsabilità

La garanzia ha la durata di 2 anni a decorrere dalla data di fatturazione della merce. Durante il periodo di validità, la garanzia dà diritto alla riparazione o sostituzione della merce o parte di essa. La presente garanzia non si applica ai danni derivanti da incidenti, alterazioni, manomissioni, uso improprio, negligenza o abuso. Terzani Srl non fornisce garanzie in caso di utilizzo errato o inappropriato, installazione/disinstallazione errata, uso improprio e manutenzione errata, pertanto nessuna responsabilità può essere attribuita alla società e nessuna richiesta di risarcimento sarà accettata.

Limitazione di Responsabilità

TERZANI SRL NON E’ RESPONSABILE PER DANNI INDIRETTI, SPECIALI, ACCIDENTALI O CONSEQUENZIALI DI QUALSIASI NATURA.

Inoltre, Terzani Srl non è responsabile per quanto segue:

•  Eventuali costi relativi all’installazione, reinstallazione, rimozione o riparazione

•  Danni causati da installazione o assemblaggio improprio da parte dell’acquirente o di terzi

•  Danni causati dall’esposizione alle intemperie o da un ambiente improprio

•  Danni causati da soluzioni o metodi di pulizia impropri

•  Qualsiasi cambiamento nell’aspetto o patina causato dall’usura naturale

Spese di Trasporto

Per le spedizioni in Italia di importo

-superiori o uguali a € 750 il trasporto è franco destino

-inferiore a € 750 sarà addebitato in fattura un contributo di € 35.

Rotture Trasporto

Terzani srl non è responsabile per danni alle merci che si verificano durante il trasporto o lo stoccaggio. Al momento della consegna il destinatario deve accertarsi che i colli siano integri; in caso di colli scondizionati, manomessi, mancantio quanto altro possa far intuire un danno o una rottura, la merce deve essere accettata annotando sul documento ditrasporto: “Riserva di controllo del contenuto”. Specificando la motivazione per cui è posta la riserva al fine di presentare eventuale reclamo per iscritto alla Terzani srl entro 8 giorni lavorativi dalla data dell’accettazione con riserva della merce. 

Contestazioni

Eventuali contestazioni sulla qualità e quantità della merce ricevuta dovranno essere notificate dall’acquirente allaTerzani Srl esclusivamente in forma scritta o per e-mail entro 8 giorni dall’avvenuta consegna. Non si accettano contestazioni per prodotti già installati o manomessi.

Resi

Non sarà accettata la restituzione dei prodotti senza il consenso scritto e le istruzioni di spedizione di Terzani Srl. Qualsiasi operazione di reso si intende “Franco nostro stabilimento”. La merce deve essere perfettamente imballata, possibilmente nell’imballo originale. La Terzani Srl non sarà responsabile per danni o rotture avvenuti durante il trasporto per merce non adeguatamente imballata. La restituzione della merce installata non sarà accettata. La restituzione di beni non difettosi, una volta approvata, sarà soggetta ad un costo pari al 30% del prezzo di acquisto sostenuto dal cliente.

Caratteristiche del prodotto | Prodotti e Modifiche

Tutti i prodotti sono fatti a mano e sono tutti oggetti unici. I vetri soffiati e o rifiniti a mano possono presentare bolle d’aria, strisce leggere o scoloriture. Questi aspetti sono tipici dell’alta qualità dei prodotti in vetro soffiato e rifinito a mano e non possono essere considerati difetti di lavorazione e non possono essere oggetto di reclamo. 

In aree con condizioni ambientali particolarmente aggressive (come elevata umidità, salinità o inquinamento), alcuni materiali e finiture possono deteriorarsi più rapidamente, anche se conformi ai nostri standard di qualità. Una corretta cura e manutenzione dell’ambiente è quindi essenziale per garantirne il corretto funzionamento e la durata nel tempo.

Per motivi di produzione e/o miglioramento, Terzani Srl si riserva il diritto di modificare, in qualsiasi momento e senza preavviso, le specifiche tecniche e/o progettuali di qualsiasi prodotto illustrato nel catalogo. Questo non potrà essere oggetto di rivalsa su prodotti già forniti.

Unità di misura

Tutte le misure nel listino prezzi sono in centimetri.

OAH (overall hight) – Soltanto un elettricista certificato può aggiustare/accorciare l’altezza totale del/dei pendente/i.

Il voltaggio di tutti i prodotti presenti in questo listino è 220-240V. Il voltaggio 110V è disponibile su richiesta.

Lampadine

Le lampadine non sono incluse ad eccezione dei led integrati.

Foro Competente

Per qualsiasi contestazione si considera competente soltanto l'Autorità Giudiziaria di Firenze.
